Every case is different. This page lists lawsuits that are still pending, and the claims described here are allegations. No court has entered a final judgment on them. The outcome of each case will depend on the specific facts of that case and the law that applies to those facts. A ruling in a pending case does not end that case, because the court can revisit its own ruling and an appeals court can reverse it.
